WHO WE ARE
Artico Group was founded in 2020 by Rinesh Patel. With over 15 years of industry expertise practicing as a Quantity Surveyor he was passionate about starting a construction company that delivers outstanding projects through quality workmanship, strong management and transparency, to bring clients visions to life.
Having vast experience in residential and commercial construction sectors ranging from medical facility fit out to high end prime residential, Artico Group has the knowledge to support clients on the journey of any build.
We are made up of a dedicated and professional team focused on the delivery of each project through honesty, integrity and collaboration.
WHAT WE DO
Design
Through our design team we are able to undertake a wide range of design activities, from initial concept design, planning application all the way through to construction issue drawings.
Build
We have a great team of professional tradesmen both in house and through our trusted expert industry partners to deliver bespoke and challenging construction projects.
Manage
The ability to manage bespoke and challenging projects from concept design right through the construction phase of each project. Our core focus is to keep the client informed throughout the project with the ability to advise on cost, programme and quality throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle.
